Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Full arrival details and instructions will be sent to you via your booking portal after confirmation.

Before You Arrive to complete your booking we’ll ask for:

– A fully refundable security deposit
– A simple digital rental agreement
– ID verification

These are standard measures to protect both you and us. The deposit is returned promptly after check-out once the property has been checked over.

Linen & Cleaning
Fresh bed linen and towels are included with every stay. Mid-stay cleans and linen changes are available on request for an additional fee.

Cots
We don’t provide cots, but if you’re bringing your own, the office can be cleared to make space – just let us know in advance.
